To the extent permitted by law, ClipSurface and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ClipSurface is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
